The 1st Taiwan-Japan Symposium on Nanomedicine was held in Okazaki In 2009, Japan and then the 2nd Taiwan-Japan Symposium on Nanomedicine was held in Taipei, Taiwan in 2011. Science 2012, Taiwan and Japan held this event in turn for 9 more years. This symposium has bridged many cooperation programs between Taiwan and Japan in the field. This year, National Cheng Kung University Center of Applied Nanomedicine (CAN) further invited the distinguished scientists from Korea to extend the event -2018 Taiwan-Japan-Korea Trilateral Conference on Nanomedicine.
